Scope of Work
Installation of LV and MV cabling, containment, and termination works for Equinix MU4.1 in Munich. The 26-person DTEE team completed over 33 km of cable installation across multiple data halls over a six-month programme.
Challenges & Solutions
Covid-related logistical disruptions and international travel restrictions impacted early-stage mobilisation. DTEE adapted by using regional resource pools and remote QA monitoring. Digital handover documentation was implemented to maintain progress and client transparency.
Outcomes
Project completed safely and on time with 0 lost-time incidents, maintaining full compliance with Equinix’s European standards and Mercury’s QA/QC framework.
