Comprehensive containment package for Equinix DB5, Dublin, including installation of 25 km of containment infrastructure across electrical, mechanical, and fibre pathways. The 14-person DTEE team delivered coordinated containment and bracket systems supporting LV, fibre, and BMS cabling.
Challenges & Solutions
Tight site coordination between multiple subcontractors and strict fire-stopping compliance. DTEE employed digital coordination models and on-site layout verification using laser mapping to ensure accuracy and avoid clashes.
Outcomes
Delivered within the 5-month programme, achieving 100% compliance on QA checks and full client handover approval. Recognised for exceptional installation quality and neatness.
