Scope of Work
Full electrical installation package for AMS Global Switch in Amsterdam, including small power, lighting, BMS cabling, and associated containment systems. DTEE deployed an 18-person team delivering 56 km of cabling over a 10-month programme.
Challenges & Solutions
Complex multi-trade coordination within a live operational facility. DTEE established daily coordination meetings, implemented 3D containment mapping, and integrated with BMS contractors to achieve zero conflicts across systems.
Outcomes
Delivered on schedule and to client satisfaction with full QA compliance and zero lost-time incidents. The installation passed all integrated commissioning checks on first test.
